Kao Data has confirmed that it will host the new AI Scaling and Inference Lab operated by CommonAI. The facility will be located at Kao Data’s data center campus in Harlow.
According to the announcement, the lab is designed to support advanced artificial intelligence research and development. To facilitate these operations, the infrastructure will utilize specialized hardware from both Nvidia and AMD, providing the compute density necessary for high-performance AI scaling and inference workloads.
This partnership highlights the growing demand for specialized data center space tailored to the unique power and cooling requirements of high-end AI processing hardware.
