Edith Cowan University joins Additive Manufacturing Cooperative Research Centre

Edith Cowan University (ECU), based in Perth, has officially become a research partner of the Additive Manufacturing Cooperative Research Centre (AMCRC). This move integrates the Western Australian institution into a broader national network dedicated to accelerating the industrial adoption of 3D printing technologies across Australia.

The partnership aims to bolster the application of additive manufacturing within key domestic sectors, specifically targeting the defence, mining, and resources industries. By joining the AMCRC, ECU aligns its research efforts with the center’s ongoing initiatives to scale 3D printing capabilities for large-scale industrial use.
