Equinix has officially launched EPIC, a specialized testing environment designed to support the infrastructure requirements of artificial intelligence workloads. The new initiative provides a dedicated space for testing high-density computing deployments, specifically leveraging liquid cooling technologies essential for the modern AI data center landscape.
According to the announcement, the EPIC environment is currently available across four of the company’s data center locations. Equinix plans to expand this offering to additional sites in the future to further support the growing demand for specialized AI infrastructure within its colocation facilities.
