Krolmap has announced plans for the development of a 225MW off-grid data center located in Zaragoza, Spain. The project is designed to provide a specialized alternative to the conventional model of connecting high-capacity digital infrastructure directly to the public electricity grid.
By utilizing an off-grid architecture, the facility aims to address the challenges associated with powering large-scale digital loads, offering a potential model for future data center deployments that require significant power capacity without relying on traditional grid infrastructure.
