Private equity firm TPG is reportedly exploring a potential acquisition of the UK-based data center operator Ark Data Centres. According to industry reports, the company could be valued at approximately $5 billion.
As the digital economy continues to drive demand for robust physical infrastructure to support cloud computing and artificial intelligence workloads, interest in established data center operators from large-scale investment firms remains high. There is currently no confirmation from either party regarding formal negotiations or a definitive agreement.
